Air Cooled Chillers

Evaporative Cooling
An evaporative condenser is a device that converts refrigerant contained within a closed circuit from a heated vapour to a cooled liquid form by the evaporation of water sprayed on the exterior surface of the refrigerant tubing. It is essentially a hybrid between an air-cooled condenser and a water-cooled condenser which uses the principles of heat rejection to follow an evaporative process.

Turbocor Technology
Turbocor compressors form an integral part of many air and water cooled chillers that are in operation today. Using cutting edge technology derived from the aerospace industry, these oil free compressors improve heat exchange and use frictionless magnetic bearings, two stage centrifugal compression and are inverter driven with advanced electronics to create a highly efficient compressor, which ultimately offers huge energy savings to the end user with COP (coefficient of performance) approaching double figures.

Chemical Free Water Cleaning
Ultra high-pressure water jetting is a highly effective, non-destructive method of cleaning shell and tube heat exchangers and HX tube bundles that have become blocked or fouled. Our unique, rigid and flexible UHP lancing systems enable us to remove blockages from blocked tubes as well as "polishing' dirty tubes.
